Design

Cogito Landscape was founded in the idea that quality design requires more than growing plants. Great landscapes grow the people, systems, and resources necessary to implement and care for them.

We strive to find reason beyond the physical traits of the space. This is achieved by blending the personality and desires of those who experience the space with the needs of the space itself. When all of these factors are taken into account the design reveals itself, and the essence of the place is revealed. Cogito seeks to find this transcendence in their designs, and reveal a sense of place; not just fill the space. In working with nature, we create landscapes that are beautiful and practical as it is easier to help nature do what it wants than to work against it.
